Free Tai Chi Taster Session

An introduction to Tai Chi

Come along to one of our free taster sessions to see if Tai Chi could be an activity for you. Your instructor will go through some of the basic skills, all the while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the country park. Suitable for adults.

Tuesday 23 April or Sunday 28 April 9am – 9.45am
