Moors Valley Orchard

Moors Valley Orchard

We’re planting an orchard as part of the Queen’s Green Canopy project, to create a lasting memorial to the late Queen Elizabeth II here at Moors Valley.

Would you like to be at the heart of the Moors Valley Orchard?

We have 16 trees of various species to choose from: apple, cherry, pear, plum and damson.

Orchards are priority habitats under the UK’s Biodiversity Action Plan as they provide nectar for important pollinators and other wildlife in the neighbouring meadows.
