Annual Season Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. The offer of a season ticket places no obligation on Moors Valley Country Park to provide a parking space.

2. The permit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Details provided on the application form will be stored on a computer database in line with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.

4. The season ticket is only valid in the Visitor Centre car park at Moors Valley Country Park and Forest. It is not valid in other parts of the park, including the golf car park. Nor is it valid in any other car park operated by Dorset Council or Forestry England.

5. If you change your vehicle during the lifetime of the parking permit the permit may be transferred to the replacement vehicle after a new application form has been completed. The first change of registration is free of charge. Subsequent changes will be charged at £4 each. We reserve the right to ask for proof of address for changes of registration.

6. If you wish to upgrade your permit to an ‘All hours’ or to have 2 vehicles on the same permit; the expiry date will relate to the date of the original purchase and the full 12-month fee will be payable regardless of when the upgrade is made.

7. Two car season tickets are only available for multi-car households where both cars are registered at the same address, vehicle registration documents must be shown at the time of application.

8. Any benefits or loyalty vouchers offered at the time of purchase can be subject to change at any time. Individual organisations reserve the right to change or remove these offers at any time. These vouchers or benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

9. If you change your home or e-mail address, please notify Moors Valley Country Park of the change.

10. Dorset Council and Forestry England reserve the right to alter the scale of charges and the method by which daily car parking charges are collected during the life of this parking permit.

11. Neither Dorset Council nor Forestry England will be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property.

12. If you renew your season ticket before it expires you will be given an additional two weeks free.
