Direct Debit Season Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. All monthly Direct Debits are for a minimum term of 12 months and cannot be cancelled within this period.

2. After the 12 month minimum term all monthly Direct Debits are automatically renewed each month, unless otherwise cancelled by the customer.

3. To cancel a Direct Debit after the minimum 12 month term, we require one full calendar months’ notice and the cancellation request in writing.

4. All monthly Direct Debits will be charged at the Season Ticket rate set when the customer signed up. This price may increase on 1st April inline with any parking charge increases

5. All price increases will be communicated, via email or in writing, at least 6 weeks before they take effect.

6. Details provided on the application form will be stored on a Dorset Council computer database and held in accordance with EU Data Protection Regulation 2018.

7. The offer of a Season Ticket places no obligation on Moors Valley Country Park to provide a parking space.

8. The Season Ticket is only valid in the Visitor Centre car park at Moors Valley Country Park and Forest. It is not valid in other parts of the park, including the golf car park. Nor is it valid in any other car park operated by Dorset Council or Forestry England.

9. If you change your vehicle during the lifetime of the Season Ticket the permit may be transferred to the replacement vehicle after a new application form has been completed. One free vehicle registration is permitted per Season Ticket and all subsequent changes will incur a £4 fee.

10. Two car Season Tickets are only available for multi-car households where both cars are registered at the same address. Vehicle registration documents must be shown at the time of application.

11. If you upgrade your Season Ticket, the expiry date will relate to the date of the original purchase and the full 12 month fee is payable regardless of when the upgrade is made.

12. Any benefits or loyalty vouchers offered at the time of purchase can be subject to change at any time. Individual organisations reserve the right to change or remove these offers at any time. These vouchers or benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

14. Dorset Council and Forestry England reserve the right to alter the scale of charges and the method by which daily car parking charges are collected during the life of this season ticket.

15. Neither Dorset Council nor Forestry England will be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property.
