Moors Valley Golf Club

Moors Valley Golf Club is an independent club, based at Moors Valley Golf Course.  The club is open for golfers of all abilities to join and provides the opportunity to obtain a playing handicap and take part in competitions, hosted on a weekly basis. 

The annual golf club membership is set by the club committee and is currently £110 per year with the addition of a one off joining fee of £100 for adults and £30 for juniors.

From the 1st April 2025 adult membership will be £120 per year for adults, an additional one off joining fee of £100 for adults and juniors will be £30.

Membership commences from 1 April with new members paying pro-rata for that season, depending on the date of joining (Green Fees and Season Tickets are managed by Dorset Council) 

We are currently at capacity for new Golf Club membership applications and can only process renewals.

Moors Valley Golf Club Competitions

Moors Valley Golf Club hosts regular competitions, both midweek and during weekends, with the ladies and seniors also playing every Tuesday morning. 

In addition to medal and stableford competitions, Moors Valley Golf Club hosts a full range of team competitions, including mixed and doubles knockout competitions. 

If you are a new player, support is provided to guide you through the system and encourage you to progress at your own pace. There is no pressure to enter competitions, promoting a safe and supported environment to encourage new members. 

Club House Bar and Food 

Moors Valley Golf Club House, managed by the Golf Club, offers a small, varied menu and a range of beverages, available daily to members, season ticket holders and pay and play golfers. 

A separate menu for group and society bookings is also available.
