Free Health Cycle Ride

A free, sociable volunteer-led ride, to help you get into a regular exercise routine.

A great opportunity to get on your bike, meet other people and enjoy being outside in the fresh air.

These cycle rides run every Wednesday morning which last approximately one hour meeting near bike hire.

Led by trained volunteer health cycle leaders these rides are free and suitable for those who would like to get more exercise. No booking required, just turn up on the day and enjoy.

If you would like to hire a bike to attend the health ride, please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride. Bike hire is £2.50 per bike.

Normal parking charges apply.

Please note; If you are a new participant please complete an online health questionnaire before your first ride. Also, you can receive three free car parking visits from the Visitor Centre.
