A free volunteer-led walk designed to improve your health and to help you establish a regular exercise routine.
A great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new friends whilst following the quiet footpaths around the country park and forest.
Led by trained volunteer Health Walk Leaders, these free walks run every week on Mondays (exclude bank holidays) and Wednesdays to help you establish a regular exercise routine. Ideal for beginners. There is no need to book for these walks, just turn up on the day outside the Visitor Centre. Normal car parking charges apply.
Sorry, no dogs except assistance dogs.
Please note: new walkers will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity and can receive three free car parking visits from the Visitor Centre.
