Visitor Information

Please browse through this section of the website to find any additional information you may need for your visit.

We recommend that all first time visitors pop in to the Visitor Centre to pick up a map leaflet where Rangers are on hand to point you in the right direction and answer any questions you may have.

You can also call by the Information Point to purchase a season ticket, to book an event, collect lost property, for first aid or if you require assistance from a Ranger.

Rubbish

Please be aware that there are no litter bins at Moors Valley. For the sake of wildlife and the enjoyment of others, please take your litter home with you.

Accidents

All Rangers are first aid qualified. If you or a member of your group require first aid please go to the Visitor Centre or call 01425 470721 and a Ranger will come to you. If you should call an ambulance please contact the Visitor Centre so that we can direct the ambulance to you.

Please remember this is an area of countryside and a working forest; there are lakes, rivers and ponds, uneven footpaths, people and machinery at work. Please stay on the footpaths and keep those in your care close to you.
